Refund policy

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, an unboxing video is required to process any return. This video should clearly show the condition of the item at the time of first opening the package. This helps ensure the item is returned in its original condition and aids in our inspection process. 

Customer can request a return within 7 days after product has been delivered to them.

How to Initiate a Return:

Customer can generate a return request from the return option in their orders section or by calling to our customer care team at +91 89305-07007 (FASTER RESPONSE). When submitting a return request, please ensure that you have an unboxing video of the product. This is mandatory for processing your return. For any further queries, please contact us.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Mansarover Furnishings does not accept returns for Crockery & Curtains Collections.

Damaged or Defective Items:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at +91 89305-07007 if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. For us to better assess the issue and expedite your request, please provide an unboxing video of the item(s) from the time of opening. This helps our team verify the claim and make it right. Contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and assist you further

Exchange Policy:

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order or you can contact us at our customer service.

Right to Refuse Returns:

MANSAROVER FURNISHINGS reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy criteria or appear to be fraudulent .
