1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to ALL ACROSS INDIA.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. For any inquiries regarding shipping outside India, please contact us at care@mansarover.net.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹4000.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: Orders below ₹4000 will incur a flat shipping fee of ₹49-₹199 based on the delivery location.

3. Order Processing Time

We process all orders within:

  • 2 business days for COD orders.
  • 1 business day for Prepaid orders.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive an Email, SMS, and WhatsApp confirmation once your order has been shipped.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-6 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 3-4 business days.

Delivery times may vary based on your location and external factors such as weather or courier delays.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You can track your package using this tracking number on the courier’s website.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery window or arrives damaged, please contact us at care@mansarover.net or call us at +91 89305-07007. We will assist in resolving the issue or arrange a replacement if necessary.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment.

Mansarover Furnishings reserves the right to update or modify this shipping policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will apply to new orders.
